Oxidation-free ovens (Inert Gas Oven)

Product use:
Oxidation-free oven is filled with inert gas CO2,N2 in the working chamber to prevent materials from being oxidized during baking. Widely used in industry: IC packaging, LCD, transistors, sensors, diodes, quartz crystal oscillators, hybrid IC boards, etc. Suitable for high-temperature treatment of semiconductor, optoelectronic components, new energy, silicon wafers, communication products, electromechanical products, etc. without oxidation drying, curing, welding, annealing, etc. Packaging test; all LeadPKG, BGA, MCM; lithography process organic polymer film pre-curing, firm film; silver paste curing, plating annealing; substrate moisture removal, wafer drying annealing and other high-temperature processing. The production process of packaging has a great impact on the quality and competitiveness of microelectronics products. Packaging technology, the good or bad, directly affects the chip itself and the performance of the PCB (PrintCircuilBoard, printed circuit board) connected to the design and manufacture, so it is critical.

     welding, to prevent air from entering the oven, while saving  inert gas.
