Photovoltaic module wet freeze (damp heat) test room
Equipment use: Photovoltaic module wet freeze test chamber is suitable for photovoltaic module (solar panel) to do thermal cycle, wet freeze cycle, high temperature and high humidity double 85 test, to confirm whether the module can withstand high temperature and high humidity followed by negative temperature effects, as well as for the fatigue and thermal failure caused by repeated changes in temperature, to determine the exposure of photovoltaic modules to high humidity and the resulting thermal stress and the ability to resist long-term moisture penetration. a.Thermal cycling test
(Purpose: To determine the ability of the component to withstand thermal failure, fatigue and different stresses due to
repeated changes in temperature),Cycle the component between -40ºC±2ºC and +85ºC±2ºC. The temperature change
between the highest and lowest temperature does not exceed 100ºC/h
b.Wet-Freeze Test
(Purpose: To determine the ability of the module to withstand the effects of high temperature, high humidity followed
by below zero temperature.) Make the components in the temperature +85 ºC ~ 25 ºC between the rate of change of not more
than 100 ºC / h; 25 ºC ~ -40 ºC not more than 200 ºC / h
c. Wet - heat test
(Purpose: to determine the ability of the component to withstand long-term moisture penetration)
Test temperature: 85ºC±2ºC
Test humidity: 85%±5%
