Battery explosion-proof test chamber for nickel-cadmium batteries, nickel-hydrogen batteries, lithium-ion batteries, lead batteries, lithium batteries in the resistance to high and low temperature, temperature shock, temperature humidity and other climatic environmental conditions of storage and test adaptability, suitable for automotive companies, battery factories, energy power companies, military and R & D units for quality and reliability testing.Product features.
1. The inner liner is imported high-quality stainless steel plate (SUS # 304). 2. The shell are made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate by CNC machine tool processing molding, shell surface spraying treatment, more bright and beautiful.
3. Insulation material selection of high-density glass fiber cotton, insulation cotton thickness of 100mm.
4. The observation window is made of multi-layer hollow tempered glass, with internal lighting, the inner side of the glued sheet type conductive film heating defrost clearly observe the test process.
5. The door and the body using a double layer of high-temperature resistant high rise sealing strip to ensure that the test area airtight.
6. The bottom of the machine adopts high quality fixed universal wheel, which is convenient to move.
7. The left side of the box is equipped with Φ50mm or Φ100mm cable test hole, which can be used for external test power line or signal line.
8. Adopt imported platinum PT100 temperature sensor with high accuracy.
